Q: If I don’t like my purchase or change my mind can I return my item?
A: Yes, simply notify us at support@justrabbithutches.co.uk and we will work with you to arrange collection of the item at our cost (except for items shipped to delivery surcharge areas). If your item has not shipped yet we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price. Please note, your return must be new, unused and in the original packaging.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: We normally issue refunds within 2-3 working days after the item has been received and inspected, although it may take several more days to be received by your bank. In any case, we will issue valid refunds within 30 days at the latest.

Q: Can I return an item after it has been used?
A: No, we are unable to accept returns after items have been used.

Q: Do I pay to return the item?
A: No, as long as the item is unused and in original sellable condition, we will arrange to pick up the item from you, at our cost, simply contact us so that we can arrange the pickup.

Q: How do I cancel an order before it ships?
A: You may send a request for cancellation at any time by sending us an email to support@justrabbithutches.co.uk. We will send you confirmation by email of the cancellation if we are able to stop the shipment. If the item is shipped and you do not want it, simply refuse delivery when the item is delivered.

Q: What warranty do you offer on your products
A: All products on JustRabbitHutches.co.uk are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Please note: this does not cover normal wear and tear and product use.
